Mandatory Units
- Module 1 – Managing Your Own Money: This module covers personal budgeting, including calculating monthly income and expenses, managing credit responsibly, and understanding potential credit pitfalls.
- Module 2 – Developing Confidence for Work: This module explores the importance of confidence in the workplace, analysing assertive behaviour, and devising plans to enhance personal confidence levels for professional success.
- Module 3 – Working in a Team: This module focuses on understanding team dynamics, creating effective codes of conduct, assigning roles and responsibilities, fostering positive collaboration, and evaluating team performance for continuous improvement.
Enrolment and Delivery

Upon enrolment, you will be assigned a personal tutor who will assist you through achieving successful and meaningful completion of your award. All of the electronic resources, workbooks and assignments required for you to complete the course will be emailed to you for you to commence working with at a time of your convenience. Your tutor will work with you to set targets and milestones that are achievable for you and will check in with you regularly, providing assistance whenever necessary.
The workshop sessions are trained face-to-face at our own premises.
On successful completion of your award, your assessor will coordinate with the awarding body for the issuance of your certificates, which will be promptly delivered to you.
