Karon Goodman is an expert care qualifications and management qualifications assessor, highly specialised in adapting assessment methods to meet the needs and requirements of every individual to achieve successful and meaningful completion of their awards.  She is sector-and-service renowned for her consistent ability and remarkable success in assisting people who find traditional methods of assessment challenging.

Karon has earned many distinguished qualifications and invaluable skills through her 20 year career working in the Health and Social Care and Vocational Qualifications sectors, having previously worked with CBE (senior training consultant), P I Learning (Key Skills Coordinator and Centre Manager), Craegmoor Healthcare (Quality Assurance Manager), Citrus Training Solutions (Centre Manager), and as a freelance qualifications consultant, assessor and Internal Quality Assurance (IQA) facilitator.

Karon has a special ability and personal and professional interest in creating course materials and resources for qualification specifications in-line with awarding body standards.  She is very active and successful in supporting organisations maximise their potential in obtaining funding available to meet their training and qualifications requirements, helping ensure the success of services throughout the North West of the UK.
