Supplementary Qualifications

Welcome to our listing of the Supplementary qualifications that we provide, which include First Aid and COSHH. Our First Aid training has been developed to deliver the practical skills and knowledge required to provide emergency first aid to employees injured or taken ill at work in line with the Health and Safety (First Aid) Regulations 1981.

We are an approved registered centre with ‘I Can Qualify‘ and ‘Training Qualifications UK (TQUK)‘ and all course materials are developed to meet the specific outcomes that make up the requirements for this qualification. The qualification and learning outcomes are based on the recommendations of: Resuscitation Council (UK) Assessment Principles for Regulated First Aid Qualifications Aims and objectives:

These are delivered in a classroom environment, where all delegates will play an active part in the sessions and there is a maximum number of 12 people that can be trained in any one session.

Award in emergency first aid Level 2

Our Level 2 Award in Emergency First Aid at Work (QCF) is made up of one module accredited qualification on which you will learn first aid skills through a one-day face-to face training course. 

Award in First Aid at Work level 3

Our Level 3 Award in First Aid at Work (RQF) is made up of a two module accredited qualification on which you will learn first aid at work skills through a three day face-to face training course.

Award in Principles of COSHH Level 2

Our Level 2 Award in Principles of COSHH is a small one-module accredited qualification on which you will learn the principles of the control substances hazardous to health, which includes the law, risk assessments and their contribution and the precautions and procedures.
