Complete Training is a specialist provider of high-quality health and social care training and accredited qualifications. Since our founding in 2013 by Karon Goodman and Jo Oldfield, we have been delivering expert-led training for care services across the UK – helping them meet their workforce, compliance, and service user needs.
We believe outstanding care starts with outstanding training. Our mission is to help organisations and their staff elevate the standard of care they provide by delivering practical, engaging learning experiences that have a real impact on both care workers and the people they support. By tailoring our training to each organisation’s specific needs, we ensure content is relevant, practical, and aligned with workplace requirements. Our approach equips all staff, from frontline carers to non-care professionals, with the skills and knowledge they need to perform their roles effectively. Whether providing direct care, managing daily operations, or maintaining a safe and professional environment, every team member plays a vital role in delivering high-quality care.
Based in Middleton, Manchester, our modern training facilities offer fully equipped practical training areas alongside classroom-based learning environments. This provides a comfortable, well-resourced space where learners can develop their skills through hands-on experience.

Why We’re Passionate About Learning and Development
At Complete Training, we believe that outstanding care starts with outstanding training. When care service workers have access to high-quality learning and development, they gain the skills, confidence, and knowledge needed to provide exceptional support.
We are committed to ensuring that our training will always meet the highest standards, and fully support Skills for Care’s insights into the value of regular learning and development in the sector. Ongoing training ensures that care workers stay up to date with best practices while also creating a culture of excellence, engagement, and continuous improvement within care organisations.
By investing in staff development, organisations create stronger teams, boost morale, and enhance job satisfaction. But most importantly, well-trained and well-supported care workers leads to improved outcomes for those receiving care, enhancing their well-being, dignity, and quality of life.
Why We Prioritise Face-to-Face Learning
While online learning has its benefits, we firmly believe that practical, in-person training is the gold standard for care education. Interactive learning allows care workers to develop real-life caregiving skills, receive immediate feedback and guidance, and build confidence through hands-on experience. Our commitment to face-to-face training ensures that learners not only gain knowledge but also develop the practical abilities needed to provide safe, high-quality care.

Understanding the Pressures of the Care Sector
The care sector faces ongoing challenges, from staffing shortages and time constraints to economic pressures and the increasing complexity of care needs and regulatory requirements. With teams already stretched, finding time for training and professional development can feel like an added burden—yet it’s essential for delivering high-quality care.
At Complete Training, we make training as seamless, effective, and hassle-free as possible. We tailor our courses to fit around the demanding schedules of care organisations, offering training at our fully equipped centre or directly at workplaces—providing there is adequate space and equipment. To support care teams working a variety of shifts, we deliver training seven days a week, 24/7 by appointment.
Our booking and enquiry process is straightforward and pressure-free—no pushy sales tactics. It’s just us, ready to help. We also take care of the administrative side of training, issuing certificates and maintaining detailed records of attendance, subjects covered, and practical competencies demonstrated. These records support care organisations with audits and compliance, reducing their workload while ensuring staff receive the best possible training.
By providing flexible, high-quality, and cost-efficient training solutions, we help care providers upskill their teams without unnecessary disruption—allowing them to focus on what matters most: delivering exceptional care.

Our Accredited Qualifications Approach
As an approved centre with ICQ and Highfield, we offer nationally recognised qualifications designed to support career development across all roles within care services. From frontline care workers to administrative teams, housekeeping, catering, and leadership roles, our qualifications provide structured pathways for progression and professional growth.
We understand that not every learner thrives under traditional assessment methods. That’s why we take a flexible, one-on-one approach to support individuals through their qualifications, ensuring that every learner, regardless of their learning style, has the opportunity to succeed.
While our qualifications are designed with care services in mind, they are also applicable to a wide range of professional roles. Supporting Every Role in the Workplace
Delivering high-quality care requires a well-trained, knowledgeable team across all areas of a care organisation. To ensure all team members contribute to exceptional care, and to help address the need for a stable skilled workforce, we provide specialist training and accredited qualifications for non-care staff in roles such as housekeeping, kitchen, laundry, cleaning, and administration. These team members play a vital role in maintaining a safe, hygienic, and professional environment that supports both staff and service users. Providing them with high-quality training also reinforces their importance within the organisation, increasing job satisfaction and fostering a culture of recognition and respect. By ensuring all employees have the right training, we help organisations create cohesive, skilled teams that contribute to exceptional care.
