Founded in 2013 by Karon Goodman and Jo Oldfield, we are based in Middleton, Manchester, and operate under our well-known brand name, “Complete Training”. Our Registered Company name is Complete Training and Assessment Ltd.
Our Middleton office features modern, on-site training facilities with class-based training rooms and a fully equipped practical training area designed for hands-on learning.

Jo Oldfield
Director and Co-Founder / Complete Training
Jo Oldfield is one of Greater Manchester’s leading developers and deliverers of accredited care training courses. She specialises in making the learning of Health and Social Care training accessible and relevant to each person, the service they represent, and ultimately the needs of the end-user.
Jo is a published author of 6 books, and has a special personal and professional interest in the field of education for individuals with learning difficulties, highly regarded for her work in the fields of ADHD, Autism, complex mental health needs, age-related learning difficulties, transition services, and physical and sensory difficulties.

Karon Goodman
Director and Co-Founder / Complete Training
Karon Goodman is an expert care qualifications and management qualifications assessor. She is highly successful and specialised in adapting assessment methods to help every individual achieve successful and meaningful completion of their awards.
With 20 years of experience managing the delivery of Care and Management qualifications, Karon has become sector-and-service renowned for her ability for assisting people who find traditional methods of assessment challenging.
