  • Module 12 – Recruitment, Selection, and Induction: This module focuses on understanding recruitment principles, planning, selection methods, and induction processes to effectively onboard new staff while ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.

On successful completion of your award, your assessor will coordinate with the awarding body for the issuance of your certificates, which will be promptly delivered to you.
