Mandatory Units
- Module 1 – Communication and Conflict Management: In this module you will explore how effective communication can mitigate conflict risks, including strategies for managing expectations and distinguishing assertiveness from aggression. You will also learn to empathise with customers and employ problem-solving techniques and human responses to conflict, identifying triggers, and employing risk assessment strategies. You will also gain insights into post-conflict practices, including seeking support, reflecting on incidents, and sharing best practices for continual improvement.

Your tutor will work with you to set targets and milestones that are achievable for you and will check in with you regularly, providing assistance whenever necessary.
On successful completion of your award, your assessor will coordinate with the awarding body for the issuance of your certificates, which will be promptly delivered to you.
