Welcome to our listing of the ‘Administration and Customer Service’ qualifications that we provide. These have been developed for administrators, team leaders, managers and care staff. There are lots of different units available and you will be able to select ones relevant to your role and/or as desired to expand your knowledge and skills.

We are an approved registered centre with ‘I Can Qualify‘ and ‘Training Qualifications UK (TQUK)‘. All course materials are developed to meet the specific outcomes that make up the full qualification. For some of these there is a requirement to be able to produce evidence of performance, so it is necessary to be in the right role in order to embark on these qualifications. Where the qualifications are knowledge based only, these are opened up to everyone who wants to needs or wants to develop their knowledge and awareness of the topics. Each person will be assigned an assessor, who will work with you to meet your own unique learning style and you will be fully supported throughout.

Diploma in Business Administration Level 2

This qualification will enable those who work in a business administration environment develop their knowledge, understanding and skills.

Diploma in Business Administration Level 3

This qualification is for those who are working in a senior role in business administration and who wish to develop their skills and knowledge to progress to business administration management.

Diploma in Business Administration Level 4

This qualification is for those who are working in a management role in business administration and who wish to develop their skills and knowledge of business administration management.

Diploma in Customer Service Level 2

This qualification will enable those who work in a customer service environment develop their knowledge, understanding and skills.
