Stephanie Austin is a highly respected trainer and assessor, specialising in Health and Social Care, First Aid, and workplace compliance. Based in Manchester, she has been delivering accredited, hands-on training across the UK since 2012. Her course delivery spans an extensive range of subjects, including Emergency First Aid at Work, Paediatric First Aid, Moving & Positioning, Epilepsy Awareness with Emergency Medication, Enteral Feeding (PEG), and Safer Recruitment practices.

Stephanie is widely known for her engaging, practical approach to training, with a strong emphasis on safety, quality, and real-world application. She is an advocate for maintaining the highest standards in training delivery and materials, and is consistently recognised for her ability to connect with learners and inspire confidence in their skills.

Alongside her training work, Stephanie collaborates with NHS occupational therapists to support the development of personalised risk assessments and equipment referrals.
