Molly Pinder
Care Home Manager & Trainer

Molly Pinder is an experienced care home manager and qualified trainer with over 20 years of hands-on leadership experience in the health and social care sector. Her career has spanned a diverse range of services, from residential and nursing homes for older adults to specialist provision for people living with dementia and adults with learning disabilities.

Raised in Essex and Suffolk in a family dedicated to social care and education, Molly was inspired from an early age to follow a path of support and service. Her first role involved providing in-home care to adults with learning disabilities, and it was clear from the outset that she had both a natural empathy and an ambition to lead. After relocating to Somerset, she joined the local council’s learning disability service, where she qualified in Health and Social Care and progressed into increasingly senior positions over a 17-year period, eventually becoming a Registered Manager.

Since then, Molly has gone on to manage multiple residential and nursing care settings, where she continues to lead with a deep understanding of CQC regulations, Key Lines of Enquiry, and the wider compliance landscape. Her operational expertise spans budget management, safeguarding investigations, recruitment, staff supervision, and the development of policy and procedures, all underpinned by a strong commitment to person-centred care.

Molly is especially passionate about training and professional development. She gained her education and assessing qualifications in her own time, driven by a desire to share her knowledge and experience with others. In her management roles, she has consistently embedded high-quality, relevant training for staff and is known for her ability to mentor individuals and teams toward improvement, confidence, and meaningful growth.

Outside of work, Molly finds balance and calm in nature and enjoys spending time outdoors. She brings that same grounded, values-driven approach to her work—believing that inspired, well-supported care staff are key to improving outcomes for those who draw on care and support services.
