With over 16 years of experience across Health and Social Care and Children’s Services, Lee Rafter is a highly skilled Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) Practitioner, Facilitator, Team Leader, and Certified Professional Coach. His work is rooted in improving outcomes for individuals, strengthening teams, and creating sustainable cultural change within organisations.
Lee specialises in supporting children and young people within SEND and SEMH care homes, further education settings, and other complex environments. His extensive frontline experience has developed a deep understanding of behavioural awareness, human neurological development, trauma-informed practice, and therapeutic approaches. Drawing on models such as PACE and relationship-based practice, Lee equips professionals with practical strategies that promote safety, stability, and positive long-term outcomes.
