Karon Goodman is the Co-Founder and Director of Complete Training and a widely respected figure in the vocational training and care sectors. With over 20 years of experience in Health and Social Care and Vocational Education, she is known for her compassionate, learner-centred approach and her exceptional ability to tailor assessment methods to suit individual learning needs — particularly for those who find traditional assessment routes challenging.
Throughout her career, Karon has held senior roles with a number of leading training providers and care organisations across the North West, including CBE Limited, PI Learning, Craegmoor Healthcare, and Citrus Training Solutions. She is recognised not only for her outstanding skills as an assessor but also for her strategic contributions to policy development, quality improvement, and securing funding opportunities for organisations.
At Complete Training, Karon plays a central role in designing bespoke course materials aligned with awarding body standards, delivering high-quality training and consultancy, and supporting services to build capacity, enhance compliance, and deliver positive outcomes for both staff and service users. Alongside her leadership role, she remains actively involved in one-on-one assessments — a part of the work she is most passionate about — continuing to support learners with a genuine commitment to their success.
