Our Active Support Training course offers face-to-face training for all care staff who actively support individuals. Our course will help staff involved in actively supporting individuals to undertake meaningful activities to promote and encourage participation in everyday life.
Our Assisting and Moving People training for facilitators is a two-day course which offers face-to-face practical and theory-based training for all staff involved in a facilitator role. Also often referred to as 'Moving and handling of people for facilitators', and 'moving and positioning for facilitators training', this course will help facilitators support and guide their staff in performing moving and positioning activities in a safe and dignified manner.
Our Assisting and Moving People Training course offers face-to-face practical and theory based training for all care workers involved in assisting and moving people. Also often referred to as Moving and Positioning Training, this course will help staff prevent and minimise risk of injury, and protect the dignity of the individuals being assisted.
Our Autism Awareness Training course offers face-to-face theory based awareness training for all care staff supporting individuals with autism. This course is designed to aid staff who support individuals on the autistic spectrum and provides the necessary knowledge to adapt the support provided to meet the needs of the individual.
We provide a range of basic life support and first aid training services for care staff, from a half day awareness practical session to a full 3 day accredited level 3 course.
Our Care Certificate training course prepares all new-to-care workers with the knowledge, skills and behaviours expected of specific job roles in the health and social care sectors. It is made up of the joint-agreed 15 minimum standards that should be covered for all 'new to care' workers and should form part of a robust induction programme. The Care Certificate was developed jointly by Skills for Care, Health Education England and Skills for Health.

Our Dementia Awareness Training course offers face-to-face theory based awareness training for all care staff supporting individuals with dementia. Our course will provide all staff with an understanding of dementia, the impacts, and the support needs and requirements for individuals.
Our Dignity in Care Training course offers face-to-face training for all care workers on the topic of dignity and the importance of encouraging and respecting a persons views, choices and decisions. Our course will help prevent the risk of a person being treated in any way that is degrading or harmful.
Our End of Life Awareness Training course offers face-to-face training for all care staff who are supporting individuals with end of life care. Our course will help staff to be able to identify the aims and principles of end-of-life care, and be equipped and aware of the principles of advanced care planning.
Our Epilepsy in Care Training course offers face-to-face theory and activity based training for all care staff supporting individuals with epilepsy. Our course will provide all workers with knowledge to understand what epilepsy is and help develop an awareness of rescue medication.
Our Equality and Diversity Training course offers face-to-face training for all care workers on the topics of equality, diversity and inclusion. Our course will aid all workers in identifying and respecting the things that make people different, and how care and support must be specific to meet each persons needs, wishes and preferences.
Our Fire Safety Training course offers face-to-face training on the topic of fire safety, suitable for anybody in any workplace. Our course will help improve the knowledge and understanding required to act safely in the event of a fire in the workplace.
Our Food Hygiene Training course offers face-to-face training for all care workers involved in the hygienic storage, preparation and handling of food. Our course will help meet food safety requirements needed to help reduce risks of hazards and contaminations.
Our Health and Safety Awareness Training course offers face-to-face training for all care workers on the topic of health and safety awareness in the workplace. Our course is designed to help protect people at work and those who are affected by work activities.
Our Infection Prevention and Control Training course offers face-to-face training for care workers on the topic of infection prevention and control in the workplace. Our course is designed to help workers understand their own - and others- roles and responsibilities in the prevention and control of infections.
Our Medication Management Training course offers face-to-face training for all care workers on the topic of medication management. Our course will help care workers understand legislation, policy and procedures relevant to administration of medication, and provide training for administering and monitoring medication safely.
Our Mental Capacity and Liberty Safeguards Training course offers face-to-face training for care workers on the topic of mental capacity and liberty safeguards. Our course is designed to help workers understand the meaning of mental capacity in relation to how care is provided.
Our Moving and Handling Objects Training course offers face-to-face practical and theory based training for all care workers involved in moving and handling objects. Our course will help workers move and handle equipment safely and prevent and minimise risk of injury.
Our Neurodiversity Awareness Training course offers face-to-face theory based awareness training for all care staff on the topic of neurodiversity awareness. Our course will help staff be able to identify sensory differences and utilise tools to aid communication.
Our Nutrition and Hydration Training course offers face-to-face training for all care workers on the topic of nutrition and hydration. Our course will help care workers support individuals to have access to fluids, food and nutrition in accordance with their plan of care.
Our Oral Health Training course offers face-to-face training for all care workers on the topic of oral health. Our course will help care workers understand the importance of oral health and the potential effect on an individuals general health, wellbeing and dignity, as well as know how to deliver daily mouth care.
Our Person-Centred Care Training course offers face-to-face training for all care workers on the topics of person-centred care and dignity, and the importance of encouraging and respecting a persons views, choices and decisions. Our course will help prevent the risk of a person being treated in any way that is degrading or harmful.

Our course will help workers identify and manage conflict and behaviour that challenges, learning a range of communication methods and techniques that can be used to support an individual.
Our Recording and Reporting Training course offers face-to-face training for all care workers on the topic of recording and reporting. Our course will help workers understand the need for the accurate and secure handling of information, and learn how to handle information appropriately.
Our Safeguarding Adults in Care Training course offers face-to-face training for all care workers on the topic of safeguarding adults. Our course will help workers know how to recognise and respond to types of abuse and help reduce the likelihood of abuse.

Our Specific Conditions Training course offers face-to-face training for all care workers to help understand the needs and experiences of individuals with specific conditions. Our course will help workers understand the importance of promoting positive health and well-being of individuals with specific conditions, as well as help support those individuals.
